I just finished reading an article in the Dec 2013 Diesel Power mag. about your '08 6.4L F250 and I have a couple of questions. Does this 900HP 6.4L have a stock bottom end with 190,000 miles on it? How does this turbo combination work for you on the street (characteristics)?
I am planning to build a street and strip mini truck using a 6.4L powerstroke and I too am on a junkyard budget. I like your combination here. It seems the inexpensive way to go, but I'm not sure if the turbo combination would be right for my project. What would you suggest? I'm shooting for 1000HP at the rear wheels. The truck weight is 3000-3200lbs. please guide me in a parts list (turbo suggestion) for what I'm trying to do.
