  • Hi
I am sorry we are not on the same page - but no matter how you slice it three of the nuts are no good, and at least five studs have corrosion damage bad enough that there are huge pits, not to mention the 6 rocker bolts are missing.
This means the bad studs, the mangled nuts, and the missing bolts are, no matter how many miles are on them, are unusable
We all take those same two hits selling anywhere, shipping and fees, - I guess I just assumed you knew what that stuff costs
In any event we need to settle.
If the claim on Paypal goes forward I will just give them pics, and that will be the end of the claim.
To be fair - I should have asked for pics of all of the parts - so I will settle for half of my money back outside of the claim, and call it a lesson learned.
If you want the studs back - send me an additonal 32 for the return shipping
Let me know and thanks for understanding

Hey sorry I didn't realize u sent me messages in this section. I apologize Ken I guess you and I have a different opinion on what's useable and what's not. I thought $250 for a set of USED studs was a good deal considering they only had at the most 30,000 miles on them. No grinders were used on the studs .... I am not that hillbilly to do something of that nature. 12 point 14 mil socket, not a grinder. Ill add that I had to spend $32 to ship these and also took a $12 hit in paypal fees. I had not intended to pay $32 to ship to Canada but I went ahead and paid it anyways. Just figured I'd be fair and not ask you for extra to cover my costs.
closer examination - five of the studs have so much corrosion damage the yare not fit to use either.

    I want my money back
    Hi
    I just washed everything
You musta used too big a socket or vice grips on two of the nuts - they are totally pooched and unusable. A third looks like the top edges went through a grinder?

What am I suppossed to do with an in complete and damaged set of studs?

How will you make this right?
    thanks

    good morning from Ken
The bolts arrived this morning. A little dirty to be sure, but appear ok. I will wash and clean them tonight to inspect the threads
However - there doesnt seem to be included the 6 tocker stand bolts that usually come with a head stud kit.
Will you be rounding these up and sending them?
    Thanks
    Ken
    Hey there
might you have the customs reciept number for those studs - thats also the tracking number
    thanks
    KEn
