For trucks running IE two piece inputs that are over two years old.

If you are going to update or refresh your transmission you can purchase the new style input shaft for $300 plus shipping. IE requires your replaced one to be returned as a core. The shaft is a direct replacement and uses your existing IE piston retainer/hub. And yes in most everycase this will renew the two year deal too. :Cheer:

When was the new style introduced/replaced the old style?

Recently, or months ago?

Sorry, just curious if this is something I should be concerned with for now, my tranny was built in Feb!:D

is this the same as a billet one. if so this is great and much cheaper that 7-8 hundred dollars.

The latest billet input revision has only been out for a month. No reason for any concern, like mentioned in the title it is focused on the parts that are over two years old. No hidden agenda, rather a customer option/appriciation thing.
