24v connector tubes

I'm debating cutting my own connector tubes to lower costs, and I am wondering if there is interest in them, and what you would like to see for pricing (with in reason of course).

Thanks

If you are honing or getting them EDM'ed, you'll have to be down around $100 with cores to be competitively priced. Drilling them out, I'm not sure, but I'd think there would be less people interested in those tubes IMO.

Drilling them out, no a good option. From what I've gather competent machine shops have problems with that small of a bit that long.

I would be drilling them, I've done it in the past on my lathe with out issue, but I also don't go smaller than .093

as of right now, getting them edm'ed, I cant sell them for less than $200 by the time cores and parts are shipped all over the place, so I haven't even been selling them.
