Can't get a call back

The customer service I have received from HTS lately hasn't been so great. I have called about 5 times and left a voicemail each time in the last couple weeks with nothing returned back, seems like I'm being ignored.

All I want to do is ask a couple simple questions about an issue I'm having after installing their valve body.

Finally got a call back and they were very helpful. Nothing was wrong with the valve body. We're suspecting it is the direct clutches having the wrong clearances.

Didn't mean to bad mouth the company was just desperate to get in contact with them.

I spoke to soon with my previous post. Let me just say I have never received worse customer service than I have with this company.

I would turn anyone away from them just for their customer service alone.

Care to elaborate?

Thier customer service sucks and I would never send any business to them.

I call about 3 times, leaving voicemails each time to never get a returned call. So I resort to texting Marianne I think it was? Anyways she answers my text, when we had spoken before I told her I didn't see my transmission builder set the clearances on the clutches so thats why we figured it was the direct clutches being out of clearances causing the issues.

After this I called my transmission builder to double check what he set them to, and he told me he set the clearances to stock. So I text the same number and tell this to her saying how I don't really want to keep messing with this valvebody as I feel something is wrong with the valvebody internally and I don't want to try and sell it to someone and them be screwed.

I ask if I can send the HTS valvebody back to them or if they could work with me somehow, she says no there is nothing wrong with the valvebody. Tried texting back twice with no answer. I'm so tired of trying so hard to get ahold of them with no real help.

Am I right feeling so pissed about this? I have all the text messages also.

I would say no.

I gave them $4k in 2008. Drove all the way up there they slapped it to gather and told me I was good to go. Drive it for about three weeks and it started slipping and not shifting. Pulled over and checked the fluid and found out it was 5qts overfilled. Sent th an email and all she said was its a good thing you caught that.... Then a month later my Trans stops pulling. Turns out they never installed the spacer clips on the lines and they wore a 1" hole in my lines. After $320 lines from the dealer I was good to go. Since day one I had no temp reading on a scan tool, questioned about that and she said its the resistor installed by the PCM. After a little search I found that had nothing to do with a temp reading that the Governer pressed sensor was bad the whole time.

I'm not even impressed with how it shifts.
