Bullet Proof Diesel is now producing EGR coolers for the Cummins 6.7L!
 

At long last, and after repeated requests from customers, Bullet Proof Diesel is now serving the Cummins community with EGR coolers for both pickup and cab/chassis configurations.
Applications are available from 2007.5 model year trucks all the way to 2018 models.

These EGR coolers feature the patented H-CORE technology - a 'braided' set of tubes that accommodates heat expansion (the most common cause of EGR cooler failure).
It's actually very easy to understand how H-CORE works - check out this video.

Another advantage to the Bullet Proof Diesel EGR cooler is that the tubes resist buildup of carbon and other debris. There is no need to remove the EGR cooler every 67,500 miles for cleaning (as is recommended for the stock EGR cooler).
