Ok here is what happenned. I had a turbo sock for a few months and apparently it had some issues and actually came apart at one of the seams. I contacted Levi on a Friday evening via email. He requested some pics and I sent them to him Saturday morning.
Here comes the outstanding part of this. Levi contacted me immediatley "on Saturday" and apologized a million times for the problem. I offered to pay for the clamps and shipping but he would not accept my offer. Long story short my new turbo blanket is on the way and Levi has stuck by his product and his customer service in OUTSTANDING!!!!!! If you have a need to purchase anything from Levi, you will not be dissapointed. Thanks for you service!!!!
