Car hauler made from a cut-down travel trailer frame?

Truckless
What do you fellows think about a 22’ car hauler made from a cut-down travel trailer frame? I just don’t know anything about a travel trailer frame such as how strong or how rigid it would be. The fellow says he built it a couple of years ago and has used it to haul some cars, 4 door long bed trucks, and a smaller tractor like my 3000. He says it did great and “pulls like a dream.”

The name of the game with travel trailers is fast, cheap, and light.
Unless he’s paying you to have it, I’d steer clear.

I buy steel from a place around here that sells to the trailer places. I bought some 2x2 square and some 3x6 oddball stuff used in trailer manufacturing for random projects because it was cheap. The seam where they welded the tube together was broken and cold welded on almost every single piece when I unloaded it. Complete garbage steel they use.
