Nice work! Similar to the one I built. I started out with 4" casters which worked ok but quickly cut them off in favor of 5" or 6" as they allowed clearance for the legs of my engine hoist. Looking back, I should have use round tubing to allow rotation of the engine but my mind was more set on partial disassembly/assembly, storage and transportation as I had a machine shop rebuild the shortblock.
It's much more fun when the material is free!
The only pieces I paid for were the receiver tubes from a local trailer shop. Maybe cost me $30.
