Tuner recommendations for a service truck

A good friend of mine is looking for a tuner for his 2003 7.3 F550 service truck. Weighs in at 18k lbs, auto trans. Wants something reliable and to get the truck out of the hole a bit quicker. Truck is stock, has 200k miles on the engine. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

A 6 position chip by any of those above... and even a new set of stock injectors would probably see improvement.
