99 7.3 miss in #8

Well I have had a miss in my 99 7.3. It runs rough and if you hold it at 1500 rpms after 5sec the check engine light comes on and it goes up 300 rpms then goes back to idel. Miss was in #8. I have switched 6&8 and it is still in the back #8 spot so I wouldn't think it would be injector. Truck ran great before installing 200 400 injectors and gen 3 hpop valve springs and push rods. Have a1000 fuel pump.

New parts iv put on cps, ipr, valve cover wiring harness.

I'm getting a p1211 code.

Took the valve cover off and ran it.... I have oil coming up around base of the injector. Can that cause a miss? I pulled them all out they are going to get flowed.
