I pay for a VPN service so I can keep my home network secure, but you could use it to bounce your traffic off a US server and you'd be good to go. They're pretty cheap. I think I paid $25 for the year at StrongVPN.com.

If you're doing it to just one device, they've got an app and it's easy. If you want all of your network, then you're going to have to get a little crazy with your router. I had to flash mine with DD-WRT and set it up so all traffic goes through the VPN. That's easier said than done the first couple times.
