Hello,
I honestly created a profile to try and give my truck some more exposure. I have the truck listed on Craigslist and car gurus in the Seattle area. It was an impulse buy in 2014 and I haven't gotten around to doing much with it. Now I'm looking to fund a new project and this one is up for sale. I'll include a link to the car gurus add for those interested and post in the "for sale" section as well. Thank you for nothing.

It's clean, 54k miles. For that money I'd rather buy the same truck 3rd gen with decent miles. If that was a 1998 12valve I could see maybe some collectors item to it, but no.

I took the time to see what these are selling for around Seattle and Portland area. The truck has half the miles of others that are selling for 26k-28k. Unless they are way off?

That is a nice example, I just bought one the exact same color and config with a manual also for 7500.00. It had many more miles, but you may want to re-think the pricing if you are serious about selling it.

Oh hey look, another overpriced 2nd gen.

For $30,000, I'd be in a late model 3rd gen 5.9 in a heartbeat before I'd even think once about buying a gutless chuck wagon of a truck...

I also feel really bad for the poor sap that's going to have to replace all of those dry rotted rubber seals... gonna have a really expensive oil stain in the driveway with all that royal purple crap lol

Around here you can be in a 6.7 truck with low miles for that kinda money. I mean I payed 17k for my truck. Phuck

I'd love to have a 6.7, but if I'm going to do it, a 4th gen Laramie Limited is the only way... and those are still north of 40k lol

Good lord man. Super nice super low miles on your truck there. But in a perfect world your about 10k over priced. Real life 15-18k is a good price for a gem of an 01.

I won't hardly look at 5.9 common rails. They are so much more problematic than the 6.7's that come through our shop anyhow.

You have to admit that its a nice truck. I always thought that gen Dodge was sharp when they were new.
But for that money? Sadly, no. But GLWS anyways.

I'm not trying to downplay the truck. It looks extremely nice and I'd love to have something like that but, it's not worth that kinda money.
I just sold a 12' single wheel 3500 crew cab long bed with 80k for 32,500.

Cannot see pics!!

Yea not sure what is going on with photobucket

I didn't think I'd be met with that much criticism. I got onto craigslist, looked for seconds gens with similar miles, and posted it for a ltitle more. I suppose I need to rethink my asking price. The dealer offered to buy it back for 24 but I thought I could get more private party.
