If your stock hydros are moving the arm and fully disengaging the clutch then aftermarket hydros are not going to help you.
The reason they shift slower is you have more mass spinning. Takes longer for engine and trans to approach the same speed and go into gear. Syncros help make that magic happen but they are designed for a stock clutch.
