Qsb4.5 rear gear train converting to front gear train?

Ok working on coming up with a way to convert a qsb4.5 to front gear train.
1st option I've come up with is use a 3.9 crank o have here using common rail front gear train crank gear, .080" longer wagler rods, dodge front cover and modify harness ect to use factory wiring harness.
2nd option I haven't quite figured out would be to use a b4.5 crank with a 5.433" throw and smaller rod dimentions(2.598) and have custom set of rods made to make it a long stroke bigger displacement engine.

The whole purpose of this is to convert to front gear train to retain my current built 47rh that is behind my compounded 4bt. I'm guessing maybe making 600horse? Planning on strapping it on a dyno here soon before guiding this Frankenstein. I want to know what it's gonna take to fill the shoes of the 4bt.

My thoughts are deckplate one of these QSB4.5 blocks and run the 5.433" crank for your front gear set-up.

Not against the idea just don't have experience/knowledge on the subject. If someone would spread some more light on it I'm not apposed. I've pulled a lot of cats apart and they have that shim gasket then the spacer plate, is it something like that?
 
There was a very similar discussion here a couple years ago. My suggestion was a ductile iron deck plate that was more of a spacer plate than a actual deck plate. Leave the rings in the original block, stick the top ring land up into the deck plate. Run two head gaskets, one on each side of the plate. As far as I remember the guy was going for it, but I don't remember how/if it turned out.

Bumping this up with some more questions, I think I have a plan ironed out.
going to destroke the engine and use the factory pistons.
Bought a set of wagler .080 rods, going to pull crank gear off and put on a common rail one.

first question, I'm thinking 200% injectors would be enough to give me similar power to my mechanical 4b, My question is how big of high pressure fuel pump would be adequate for 4-200% injectors. Also are there specific spray patterns for a qsb piston?

Another question is I was figuring on using arp625 head studs and studding the bottom end as well. do Orings work with the mls head gaskets? Ive used them no issues on the 6.0/6.4 stuff just want to make sure I'm not overstepping anything.

Looking to build to 6-700ish hp which I think is completely possible; just looking for some input as I'm a little new to the common rail idea and building one of these 6.7 mini mes
 
My thought on the CP3 would be to use one that supports that much horsepower on the 6 cylinder. You will basically need to burn the same amount of fuel in either engine to make the same horsepower. A stock 5.9/6.7 CP3 would be marginal. Probably a 12 mm stroker or mild upgraded cp3 would get you there.
 
steed is using a little bit different approach, the base engine I think I have mine ironed out need to put it together but will pretty much use all factory parts. Last I talked to him he was trying to get it to run correctly and having issues of his own with the cam gear or crank gear position
 
I’m building a 3.9 similar to steeds and am having a hard time finding someone who can do the ECM work I need. The crank tone notches are different between the 6 and the 3.9. Same number of notches but one reads as a DC wave and the 3.9 is an AC wave... what does the 4.5 use?
