Brakes

Has anyone had issues with the front calipers on their trucks? I have been going through front calipers every year for the last four years. Anyone had anything similar?

What all have you replaced?

I've gone through 4 calipers in 2 years on my 2010 Ford, 2 because I drove in to water, and two immediately after I changed pads. I replaced the brake lines after the failure with new pads service.

Also make sure you're lubing everything up with a quality silicon grease.

You can also buy loaded calipers that already contain brake pads.

I've bought discs, calipers and pads. All moog stuff. I lube the slides every spring because of the salt here and it gets driven 11k miles a year
