I have a 03 F-350 w/ a 7.3 powerstoke turbo diesel. question is im getting coolant in the oil enough to make it milky and the rest is going out the breather then out the exhaust. it seems to only do it when the motor is at normal temp. also the trucks runs great no hiccups no hydro lock nothing. has a new oil cooler on it now but I did that cause of bad information. can you help?:nail::nail:

Thanks for the response. My game plain for tomorrow is to pull injectors and run a borescope down the tubes if nothing there then heads are coming out
 
If it's cups diesel will be in the coolant. Check your o rings on the oil cooler first, you can drain the oil and pressurize the coolant system and see if water comes out of the oil filter mount or the drain plug.
 
Has a new oil cooler and o-rings and still same problem. I took the injectors out today and the cups look fine ( used a borescope to check) so I decided to check headgaskets I got the driver side one off and it appears to be ok now tomorrow I'll pull the other head and see what I find
 
My guess is the block or heads have a crack in them somewhere. So when you build heat and pressure in the cooling system it pushes it into the crankcase. Head gasket is possible but not likely as it would probably putting pressure in the cooling system too and would likely only do it when cold. Oil cooler would put oil in coolant. Cups would put diesel in coolant.
