With the pressures these trucks run, I would wouldn't really worry about polishing em a lot simply to save the time cause it's not really needed. They have a swirl ramp cast into the port already, and the injector sprays into the cylinder on the opposite side of the head to the intake ? It's not a naturally aspirated gasser... Mixture/turbulence etc isn't "as" critical. I used those words loosely...
