Im having a very hard time finding pictures of any first gen dode drag trucks or drag looking street trucks, wasnting to lower my truck (truck in my avatar) back to stock height up front and drop the rear to match with a wider set of tires, probably going 13.50s, just looking for some insparation
 
Jason that's a sweet picture if your truck really like the wide tires on the back then the front on a 2wd truck diesel importer cole dows truck is about the closest thing if found to an all out drag truck in the first gen body that's one mean truck
 
This one showed up to a dyno day I put on in December, I'm not sure if there are more pics of it around. I'll do some digging.

I believe it was a pre-cummins transplant, late 70s maybe. I don't remember off the top of my head though. Layed down 226hp on a relatively stock motor
 
A few of my heap. Somethings are changing this year and I hope to have better pics and video.

Also look up BC847. He is an original owner, 12 sec non-lockup auto, and has broken at least 2 of the shafts in the trans racing.

You are the one that lives in northern Kentucky by me? This is still the coolest 1st gen ive seen drag racing.
