CPP is proud to release our new DIY bumpers for the 94-02 Dodge. The customer will choose where the holes will go, the size of the holes and we will put any design, logo, lettering you choose. All included in the kit. The pieces are precut at all bends so that the customer can bend and weld each seam. More pics coming soon, but here is a rough picture of how they will arrive in the box...




DODGE RAM YOU BUILD IT BUMPER KIT 94-02
 
This kit is so simple for the average fitter/fabricator. All panels bend easily by hand (one arm).

Once bent to shape, we tacked all panels together for a test fit before adding the side panels on...

It fit like a glove, so we went ahead and added the light panel....

Now we are working on fitting the sides. More pics coming soon. Here is a side view of the bumper...

Tonight we are gonna start bending pipe for the push bar/light bar. Might even start designing the rear bumper for the 94-02 trucks.
 
We just finished the cardboard templates of the rear bumpers. Ignore the line on the right side of the bumper. We made some changes to the design. Notice the 45* taper on top corner. The bumper will have lugs and light holes available as well.
