Truckers, lets see your rigs!

I'm just really not willing to pay quadruple what a trucks worth just to beat the year cutoff.
Still trying to figure out if the rates are gonna go up, or if the owner operator is gonna be done.

I see a lot of sdp powered trucks go pretty cheep. Figure in an afternoon of work and a few bux in tuning and they're pretty good.

I've been on ELD (not to be confused with e-logs which are different) for about a year now. It's not that bad. I did manage 28,000 miles in 63 days on it.

Unless my calculator is broken you're averaging 300 miles a day. My 63 days includes days off. Probably averaged 650+ miles a day on working days.

5 day work week..
Current Julian date is 200 28th weak.. minus 56 days for weekend that's 144 days that's 430 avg over the year not taking account for the major holiday weekends down time.
You'll incinuate I fudge my numbers regardless what I post

Well a Texas representative passed a bill into the house yesterday to put it all on hold. We'll see what happens.

Anyone need a 12v71?? Picked up 2 over the weekend...one Non-turbo, one twin turbo. Both Genset engines.

We're kicking around the idea of keeping the 12v71T and finding a 379 with a junk engine...

How is the ol Freightshaker treating you? I used to drive it for Daniel from time to time when he owned it.

That truck is a money maker. Just bought my driver a 2012 T660. Hoping to put another guy back in the shaker in the next month or 2. Hard to find a driver that doesn't have to have a Kenworth or Peterbilt.

That truck is a good one, it never really had any problems. It has the usual Freightliner interior issues etc, but mechanically it seems to be sound. I don't blame them, I definitely preferred driving his KW over the shaker!

So, I've noticed that since I turned the throttle shaft screw up A bit that I'm seeing way lower cruising boost. Would 2 turns add enough pressure to increase timing? Before at 65mph and 1950rpm itd run 18-20 psi, now it's 10-12. Not worried, just curious.

Lots of other work. Pretty sure he told me it had 3:90's in it. I know he said 1500-1550 at 65.

Very clean truck but the paint is chit, which I care nothing about. I actually love the look it has.
I know the PEEC isn't desirable but they are fixable. I've ran the wheels off one and it never let me down.

Idk, how fast do you need to go? 1600 at 65 sounds about perfect to me, should still get near 100 tapped out. I'm betting that's a 16713 and it has the double over like the 18913 and 18. .74 I think

Well ya know... like all the truckers I need to hit them triple digits loaded down to 120 gross.
No, 75 is usually my max. I guess I have to remember yet again that it's no emodel truck.
