ECM for conversions

for the people doing conversions, for example a CR 6.7 cummins, where are they getting their ECM from? How are you dealing with disabling the security, EGR, DPF, etc?

Just use an 06/07 5.9 ecm, injectors, Throttle pedal and harness. No need to use the 6.7 ecm for conversion vehicles. End result and tunability will be better with 5.9 ecm and none of that garbage is in there to worry about.

Its too late. Truck is already built with a 6.7. Custom harnesses already made. throttle pedal installed. I can't rip the truck apart to install 5.9 ecm.

Didn’t someone make a adapter harness to use the 06/07 ecms in a 6.7
Maybe fleece ?

Then just move forward tuning it via efilive. Nothing special about removing anti theft. Emissions removal is not something I'm willing to give out any info on but Any competent tuner can do everything you need with a tune.

Yes fleece did way back. Every now and then one pops up but rare. They were expensive and demand wasn't enough to keep doing them I don't believe.
