hello i am running a power puck extreme on my 2004 3500 cummins. i work at a dodge dealership a diesel tech. i have been seeing broken injectors in the motors with the old puck. any known concerns i have just shut mine off and i am going to remove it from engine. motor costs to much..
 
I have a puck that I put on my dads 24v and it started cutting out and popping. Who do I contact about getting it replaced.

This is not something I have ever seen to be an issue.

Feel free to get these Pucks back to us to be checked out.

The Pucks carry a 2 year warranty, to file a claim, please fill out the rma request form on our website and send it in to be checked out.

i just boughta Diablo Trinity with the pyro fo an 06 Dodge.
The tunes on the trinity make the truck idle very rough. When the high idle is set it almost sounds like the truck has a p-pump with an ag gov on it. Is there anything that you guys can do or am I going to have to throw this thing in the garbage? Its not fun to sit on hold for hours trying to get a person to talk to. And I did do the update before it was installed. This is the second one I have gotten. The first one vin locked me out of my own truck after I took it off and tried to reinstall it.

Try doing a full restore (options/troubleshooting/restore original backup) then reinstall the performance tune, see if that clears it up.
