First time customer a+
Placed an order online a few days ago, 20 minutes later there was a tracking number in my email. 3 pm rolled around and a shipment notification from ups came into my email. Next day I got a notification at 4 am it had arrived at another ups depot.
The little things like signing your customer up for shipment notifications.
Pretty amazing service, without a phone call.. heard a lot of wonderful things about you guys. Keep it up.
