Zach, just wanted to get the run down on these new parts I have seen floating around.

CR Pistons
24v War head
Head Gaskets
Light weight cranks
Rocker Bridges
Any word on some billet rods yet?

I have always been treated well by you guys, I would sure like to utilize some of your parts in my new engine.

Looks like they have an Instagram page now. Maybe a DM to hamilton or a phone call to PDD will get you a bit further than on here.

My interest is perked on this 24v war head. I saw PDD has one and it's still cast shelf. Wonder what flow numbers its making.

Sorry guys, working around the clock on a new shop, new parts, new calves and trying to be a family man :/

New heads, with a valve job that favors low lift daily's 264cfm but 120cfm at .100 and almost 210 @.200 ;) with 45 or 50 and a bit of porting, been over 340connector tube connection is .075 higher but intersects injector at same point. Smaller cc ports than oem.

Pistons, 6.7l steel minus 1" so will work with deck plate rods, 1/16-1/16 and oem 6.7l oil ring release 3-19

Super alloy forged aluminum pistons
In testing now.

Rods final design testing 4-19

Block v-1 and a Hi-test version are in production now. Due to much better alloy, we only suggest tool steel rings and a diamond final hone :)
V-1 is an oem style with 20%higher tensile material that will provide more cowbell for a given cross section. Hi-test is a 1"thicker deck, 1"thicker main bed, thicker main webbing and improved oil machining with the 20% higher tensile material.

Cranks, less mass further from center so less resistance to Delta or change in velocity. Still stout.

New head gaskets with steel rings. My goal is to release these inside 1month

Studs, we are partnering with a company to release a high tensile stud at affordable rates. 12mm and 14mm 24v 272.5-275ksi

New, mass produced 12mm pushrods are on order. Due to large quantities, you get even higher buckling strength and a lower price. Less than 200 for a high end set that buckle over 6500lbs

Rocker bridges do almost nothing dynamically. They do add .0015 more lift. That's half the width of a hair. People want them so we're releasing them at an affordable price

Since we have a tier 1supplier on rockers we thought we'd release a mass produced, high ratio high strength rocker with bronze bushings and better trunions at an affordable price

Springs and retainers are going down in price thanks to larger orders

Injectors, stay tuned... Exciting things

Oil pans and valve cover gaskets are next

My hope is that machine shops carry our parts and assemble them for high quality builds, if theydo not, we will release full running engines for swaps or retro fits.

Since we're working with pistons and injectors, a total redesign of the bowl and nozzle is happening. Injector guys should be quarter backs of the industry on pistons design or vice versa. Since that's not happening we're trying it.

Apparently I need to join the gram...

Damn, Zach, the development your completing right now is impressive!

:clap::clap:HELL YES :rockwoot::thankyou2::thankyou2:

Zach, holy cow man. Do you have a pretty large team, or are you just working 150hr weeks?!

Me and a part time engineer. This has taken three years of labor and why I have been not raced or been playing. Reverse engineering and redesigning an engine is expensive.

I love that it seems yall are targeting your market AGAINST Ii and Fleece.

The best part is the fact Hamilton products don't rely on sticker or BROs, and are proven to perform.

Will the rockers include the arms, and better quality cup design?

I'll probably buy a set just because of your honesty lol.

Not really trying to compete with anybody. I'm mostly just doing my think in large part separate from the hype and marketing. Maybe people see the value of each part and if a component in their build is cashed, they think about ours over oe replacements. But my hope is that they see the value of our total package. It's a force multiplier and they add value in a non linear fashion.
