Timing the p7100

I have been messin around with VE pumps for quite a while but i am just startin to get into the p pump stuff. My question is how to you set the timing on the p pump? I know on the VE you just loosen the bolts and shove it towards the head but the p pump looks more complicated. What tools and what kind of time are involved and how do ya do it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
