Has anyone removed the cross member under the engine in a second gen. Dodge to allow for clearance of a motor with a girdle? If so, would anyone be willing to share some pictures of how they made the new cross member? I found one old thread, but not much info. Thanks in advance.

I didn't take mine all the way out but notched it and welded plates in to keep from twisting. Will try and get pictures

Exactly what mine looks like! His looks a little better though
