Electric pump. Ran one with an airdog on my ppump 24v. Figured out quickly it would not hold pressure like they said it would.

I once saw a guy hang the clutch on the input shaft of the trans, mate the trans to the engine, then bolt up the clutch thru the inspection cover...I thought that was pretty clever, no need to wrestle the trans around trying to stab it.

Definetly be something to do while IN the truck, not sitting on the ground.. lol

Called around for shocks on the rear... Seams the 15k low profile air ride system has a one off shock.. $60.00 the frieghtliner..and naturally not stocked.. :woohoo::doh:

Getting super then working on getting trans mated up..
Get various crossmembers bolted back in, new brake lines, batter cables,

Mocked ride height, axle center line is ~16.5-17" off the ground (33-34" tall tire), bags designed for 9.5-10.25" set at ~9.75", ride height puts frame top right around 32-33" vs the ~42" it was when I started..

The only draw back to this is the spacers on the intermediate plate will not shift if you don't tighten the clutch evenly and incrementally and Eaton told us they will void the warranty if they don't see marks from the spacers striking the flywheel on a clutch claim. We do it all the time, and it's nearly impossible to do a nodal mount transmission without loading the clutch.

Waiting in spacers, 1/2" will get it off probably run 1" and a shield in between exhaust and compressor housing
Still got alot of 5% stuff needing done..

Another piece of the puzzle...need new bolts...Only thing I don't like... It's air applied vs air released
Not sure if it can be swapped around or not...

Found it.. you can see one of the holes.. looks like who ever rebuilt it clocked it wrong.. and locking bolt holes should be in the cut out area.. fan bolt is 5/16 lock bolt is 1/4"

Seams I might be able to run 255/70/22.5(37") might stay with 245/70/19.5
Been looking up open shoulder drive tire for each.. had DC RLB1 in the 225/70/19.5 on my LMM with good results..
19.5
Bridgestone M729F for 19.5
Double coin
Dayton (Bridgestone)
Roadmaster
Hankook
Contenintal
22.5
Contenintal HDR
Double coin

Course the big name Goodyear michlien carry all them at $500.0/ or.more a tire
Top gear cruise
255/70/22.5 (37") is 1550@70
245/70/19.5 (33") is 1750@70

I might be able to make the 2" veritcal difference between the tires.. IDK yet
