3250 or the 3600

ok the 04 truck in my sig, i will be installing 90hp sticks, HD cam, HD springs, HD push rods, head studs, maybe NO2 down the road. i drag race, Dyno, and show up Fords around town. so with that said which one should i get. also i may do a little pulling but shouldn't be over 10K i may try 15-20K once or twice a year hauling hay if it will do it if not thats why i have another truck....
