Surging @ WOT

2 issues that i believe are non related.

1. Only at WOT and about 3000rpms it has a bad surge, almost like you are hitting the rev limiter kind of surge real choppy. So far I've checking wiring everywhere and replace the top cp3 fca with a cummins one, and backed the air dog down to roughly 19psi at idle. And so far nothing has help. And yes I have the dreaded ats box, however would this only mess up at WOT if the box was junk?

2. I have a 10 bar map with tuning, after WOT I have zero boost on the cts and no fuel to speak of. After disconnecting the map and clearing the low manifold pressure code, everythings back until you floor it and let off the throttle. Then it doesnt read boost again and no fuel. Now I only get this code after I unhook the map and plug it back in. There isnt a code thrown, unless I unplug it.

Thanks for all your help.

Is your rail plugged? If you have the pressure relief valve check it out. I had the same problem.
