RKL tunes and Trinity

Does anyone here know why my RKL tunes won't load? I've noticed that sometimes the tunes wouldn;t show when I loaded the extreme tune, and tonight after I loaded the new master CROM, the trinity said the 05XXX rkl and puff tune (identified as custom tunes) wouldn't work because the CALID didn't match. The only thing I can think of that I may have done is loaded a pre 8R28 file rather than a post??
