6.9 idi camshaft specs?

Anyone know what the stock cam specs are and where I could get a bigger one but not have to change lifters and springs.

.89756 sq inches x2 then divide by 2

that's was just joking with a friends. I looked it up and it said the area around the cam bore is 1.12 inches.

That's talking about boost pressure? im not running a turbo, not yet at least. will that effect anything?
