Seriously I don't know, you are pumping more than its inital stock setting. Are you exceeding its design specs? I can't answer, maybe somebody else will come along with more pump experience.

hey satburn, so this 0 plate, was it ever used in your truck...or did ya make start milling it and decide you didnt want it anymore? It'll be a lil' while before I go ahead and use it in my 180 pump, but just wanted an idea of what you had done with it.
 
Nope, she never made it back in. Right now my engine bay looks like an empty 6 pot planter. There's an echo in there. Yeah, it started life as a #10, I made it to a #100 ran it that way for a while, then made it a zero and have decided to run plateless this next season so I never put it back in.
