48 swap from 68rfe

Been looking at doing a 48 swap from my 2008 68rfe swap. What the average cost for a good shop to do the install ? Was thinking around 10k-11k with the cost of trans included. Looking at having billet rods and main bolts and mild refresh of motor internals also. Any idea if all this work will go over 16k-17k that's my budget. Will be close to 1,000hp with my fuel and compounds on it now. Thanks !

I have about 9500 in my swap. Including the 48re core. Good used manual tcase (didn't want to stay electric) shifter. Rebuilt trans with billet shafts triple disc converter. Cooler. Lines. Pan. Motor plate. I did it all my self except build the trans. But all that for 17k might be impossible. I just blew up my motor. Rods gave out with a s482 and 300hp injectors. I'll be building a 6.4

Rods cost 2k and was quoted about 10k on trans swap so surly a shop won't charge 5k to install rods ?
