what size housing on the 40? sounds like an 18.

The 40 is a 16cm the 3B was a 26cm now its a 23cm (wasnt worth the trade).

I did get it figured out. I am not sure what fixed it since I changed alot.

I ground down the fuel plate, different afc springs, drilled the volute on the 40 to wastegate both sides, added 100hp injectors, gasket matched the exhaust manifold and hx40 housing, rebil the hx40, rebuilt the exhaust system and set the wastegate to crack at 24psi.

Now it does good things. About 65 psi total, 32 psi from the bottom. The egts never get over 1400* and I have to work to get them that high.
