turbo question

is it better to run a vgt or non vgt ? I know on my old truck I switched to a non vgt and loved it even more. it won't be a race truck.. just a fun dd with a s366.. that's what I had on my 6.0 . i was wondering if a dmax with a non vgt was any good or if I should just run a 68mm vgt. even tho they have that God awful whistle.
