Upgrade to 96mm wheel

Not sure if this is the right forum or not, so I apologize if it isn’t and please point me in the right direction. Here’s my question, I’ve got a Borg s475/83 t4 turbo right now and I’d like to know if it’s possible to machine it to accept a 96mm turbine wheel and remain a t4? Could my current 83mm turbine housing be machined to accept the new wheel (it’s a 1.25). And lastly would I be able to use a 96mm shaft and wheel assembly from a Borg t6 turbo? Thanks in advance gentlemen.

I’m looking to stay t4 though if possible to avoid changing hot side piping. Unless I can get my hands on a t6 1.15 housing also.
