What's it worth?

I've gotta 6.5td and 4l80 trans outta my wides suburban and I'm wondering what they would be worth. The engine has a relativly new fuel pump (10k on it) along with a new pmd and Bosch starter the heads are junk Just looking for a ball park guess on what I can hope to get outta em. I need a 47rh and transfer case to convert it to a cummins. The trucks a 94 174k Thanks Andy
 
MAYBE a $1K if you part it all out. I'm still sitting on mine because I can't sell it like it sits, and mine just needs head gaskets.
