I have a 520d e39 bmw with vp44 psg5 edc, and it wont start.
The error code is 43(067) Control Module Injection Pump with bmw scanner140 and after i remove and open the EDC i found the famous transistor with 1 leg in the air.
My question for you is how i must check the functionality of fuel solenoid before firing again the edc with new transistor mounted.
There is a resistance specific of the coil measured with ohmeter because when i put 12volts on him it makes clanck clanck?
And also what type of transistor you recomend me to put in the IRFZ44N OR IRLR2905 if you know?
