Smarty Touch SD card corrupt

I have a 15080 error on my screen. I have tried three different SD cards. Hoping it’s something simple I’m not doing right. I have talked to Adam a couple times, but never near my computer when he calls.
 
I have tried formatting three (2G, 8G and 16G) different SD cards with Fat32. I have tried to copy and paste files from computer to SD card and tried the “send to” method. All I get is “database on SD card is inconsistent . I also get a 15080 error on the screen.
