Open the scantool screen on your laptop with the v2 hooked up to the computer and the truck, there is a green button that connects to the vehicle, and then you can use the yellow or red buttons towards the bottom to either "monitor" or record data from the dashboard tab. Im not very good with EFI yet so thats the best advice I can give without having it in front of me.

what exactly is it doing? you are probably going to have to back down the pulse width, or so ive heard thats what you do with bigger injectors

Holy Cow

First, whose tunes are in the truck? Im assuming its already tuned since you are wondering how to back the fueling down.
Second, If you do not know how to even select the desired PIDs to log, you have no business adjusting any numbers within your tune.

My suggestion is to pay a professional to get the truck running good. Then start playing. Learning to tune on a truck with larger injectors and twin pumps is pretty damn stupid. One mistake and you could put a window in a block.

large sticks is not a truck to learn how to tune on it can get tricky. i can take a look at it sometime to help you out with tuneing it

the boy told me it was a tune from idaho rob. cant confirm or deny. he was talking about buying a larger turbo, i suggested we look at the demanded fuel and actual pressure. so we can decide if he is better served buying twin pumps before the turbo. i know the dmax turbos can handle decent power. just hate to see someone waste money in places its not needed. i have went the wrong way on buying parts before and it is frustrating.

those trucks are turbo limited stock, shoulda got the charger instead of fuel imo. Probably run (just a guess it will run good) but maybe start with 2500us. That should be good.

Its probably got like 3000 now and you could back the timing down a few notchs too. Best bet is just call ATP... The standard duramax imperial pids will be fine to use.
