Injector Flow Rates

While viewing the live data or logging. Where should the inj balance rates fall for healthy injectors?

I was messing with the data logging and noticed all but 2 injectors stayed @4-4500 one was at 1.2 and one was at .8. Also one of the other injectors would fluctuate from 0.0 to 4500 intermittently.
