I did, saved like 1k by taking advantage of that. Yeah from what they told me they are back ordered for an unknown amount of time. I have two stock pumps I'll just run till then. Here is the sheet from ddp. They measure differently then most do with %.

Well it had some billet small parts and a billet input, that's about it. John said everything was in awesome shape though when he took it apart but that really didn't matter.

Can't keep fluid dampers tight. Bolts backing out.

Wonder if if it's the same with the ATI dampeners.

We had this issue a few times, every time it was resolved by installing ARP dampener bolts.

Hmmmm i didnt know this was an issue. I should probably check mine as its been on for about 10k miles and i havent even look at it since it was installed. Why do they back out compared to stock dampers?

So far the ARPs haven't stopped the issue here. I know firepunk had safety wire on their bolts at one point before jumping back to a stocker. Same as Kingspeed. Those guys and D&J just recommend a 6.7 balancer ARPs and done. So far so good here with that setup.

Yep a single 5/16. Drew has experimented with other methods but they were apparently all unsuccessful because he's back to the stock 6.7 units.

Single pin on top of the the one on the crank already?

Satefy wiring would have been my idea but wow that isn't keeping them in. Well I still have the stocker so it might end up back on.

When you braced your stiffener plate, how long were your cuts for pcs ?
Did you drill out center holes after you welded brace on ?
If I can save money, I will do it this way also.

I drilled out everything and then braced it. I'm not sure the lengths though. I've actually since actually caved and bought a Haisley girdle.

Still waiting in line for my turn at the machine shop and some LA Sleeves to show up there.

Thanks Disturbed

Was asked awhile ago on fb where I was at with this thread and when I was gonna update it so here’s a ton of pics. Been chipping away at this and after some hurtles I’ll hopefully have everything running this weekend depending on time off.

Everything is pretty much the same as the original post. Wagler longer rods, qsb pistons, balanced, girdle, p&p, bigger valves... no sleeves though.

Was planning on running a 5.9 ecm with a conversion harness but could not get it to start with it. Kept getting an p2509 code, intermittent signal as well as some others. So swapped a 6.7 ecm in and she started up and ran smooth. Right now I have a few lights on the dash that may be in the tuning but want to get some miles in and trouble shoot a bit more before I contact the tuner or start asking here. Other than the dash lights its just really smokey at idle and initially what you take off from a stop. Which I assume is from the rings not being seated yet....? I hope

It’s a small 66/85 with the 35’s maybe 37’s next I’m not looking for something crazy. If it ends up being too small once I get some miles into her I’ll probably only go bigger on the manifold a bit.

Not many will have the balls to say, I appreciate the level of detail that you have done. Please don't install any side pipes with built in steps.
