Looking good! What rpms is it running down the track? 4200 rpm spring? Hard to not snuff out the 2.6 turbo with the VE when they hook up good.

I'm not 100% sur what he's turning going down the trac but I would say it probly holds 38-4000 with a 366 spring, should have a 354 in it by the next hook.
Heres the full class vids and some more eye candy

I haven't spent much time in Indiana and really don't plan to, but I have been there. The track was loose for 2.6 and the STS's didn't seem to have enough bite even for me. That track really tacked up for the 2.8 class later in the evening as we neared the dew point. I don't think people understand how much our pulling tracks vary here, the loose sandy tracks are all west of me for the most part, but in eastern Nebraska there is quite a but of clay content to the soil in certain areas. Our soil may not be red, but on the right night the earth will cause just as much powertrain carnage here as anywhere else.
I am happy with those runs the other night, might not be hot enough for Indiana and Ohio but it was good enough for here, running against some good running Missouri trucks, and some local guys who have carpal tunnel from writing checks.

that's funny...
I agree that some of the tracks around here are as tight as they get. I have a pile of broken drivetrain parts to prove it too...

Nope, Its still got a 7.3 in it and a damn good running one at that. If he could keep the drivetrain in one piece for longer than 5 minutes it would be a lot better.
