Removable Steering Wheel

What are people using as far as aftermarket steering wheels go in competition only vehicles? I'm finishing up a single cab 2nd gen with a 10 point cage and I'm considering making a wheel change before I get too much farther along.

Anyone have any suggestions? Mainly looking for something that is removable and has a button for nitrous.

I replaced my whole column in lieu of a 3/4" shaft with welded joints and a steering wheel/quick release from speedway. Less than $200 in the whole shebang.
No buttons yet, but I got a few curly cords from a surplus dealer on eBay and some milspec connectors. The cord has 5 conductors, so I figure if I'm using relays, I could probably rig up 4 buttons if I wanted to.
