2009 c5500 a50 - help!

Hey guys, I have a dilemma. Hoping an Allison expert can help me out... I replaced the tcm on a c5500 for a customer. OS on the new dealer TCM was a different version. I have saved copies of the new blank, original and a version I built from the new blank and original parameters. Is anyone willing to look at these via email to see if we can make something work??

Thanks
Will

Is the TCM not happy or did you try it?

It takes the flash but I get a continuous flashing service light and have no communication at all with the new tcm once it's flashed.

What does it do with the file from the dealer? What platform are you using to flash?

WinXP, flash scan v2, v8 updated The original file (new tcm) gives me no prndl or vin, limp mode regardless of file. Wiring etc is good to go (swapped in a known good tcm after fixing a boatload of wiring, it fixed the problem)

I'm just not sure what I'm missing, there's a base tune on the TCM, I've tried a full flash with the original cal and OS, a modified version of the new OS and cal (parameters set). There's just something dumb I'm missing

Did it work when the dealer flashed the file after you installed the new TCM? I have never had a problem. What are you trying to flash in the new TCM?

Didn't work on initial dealer flash. He flashed it with just the proper VIN and still no comm. missed the base file from TCM with parameters from old TCM and no function. I wrote a TCM file based off of a good functioning C4500 still no worky but he can swap TCM and flash in the right vin and it works fine. I'm chocking up he got a bad TCM

If he can't flash it I would think it has to be bad.
