The way the 03-07 COmmon rails are, you can use the Triple Dog as is, or do the Crazy Larry upgrade, or do the Scary Larry 230HP race tune, or the 230HP Pedaphile Larry with the most agressive throttle ramp and it has extreme rail pressure. I run the Scary file currently on one of mine. The Pedaphile program has some runaway fueling issues on some trucks, and works ok on others. For the Ford, this wont help you.......for the 5.9L Common rail guys, this is the big tunes....

Just so you know, when you do these upgrade software loads you keep the normal lower files and only the highest setting changes, so you can still drive around in a lower power file normally. Also the triple dog can be left plugged in and setting on the seat beside you, and when you decide its GO TIME you can scroll up and down between the file and hit the "Y" button to change on the fly from one tune to the next. Pretty neat.....
