Brake and ABS lights

Does anyone know why after I tune my truck, my abs light and emergency brake light are on? Any idea how to get rid of this? I figured it would go away after a few start and restarts but it is still up after about 50 starts. Wondering if there is something in tuning to get rid of this.

Usually tire size related. Adjusting tire size on the Dodge is hit or miss, mostly miss right now, but that is my guess. Try adjusting tire size smaller in the tune and check.
 
You dont have to because you should have it saved on you computer incase you need it.

Since they need to flash the ABS module they shouldnt have to mess with the ECM and should leave it in tact.
 
Even if they do flash the ECM, don't fret since it'll probably be an update. Ask if they do. If so, tell them you want the high idle enabled. Then just as Dodge74 said, you have your tunes on the PC, create a script and run it over your fresh flash from the dealer (if they do flash the ECM under some mandatory circumstance.)
