2001 7.3 still not running

Truck just shut off the other week, tested hpop it was putting 0 psi to both banks. Got a terminator t500 hpop. Put the new hpop, ipr, and icp sensor on. Still wont start, only getting 250-400 psi to both banks. Pulled the injectors and the orings seem good, the top of one injector is loose. What could be causing this issue, i ets from the army in less than 2 months and i gott drive from CA to PA. I need to get my truck fixed asap

you have air in the lines my buddy changed his hpop and he had to crank his truck for a couple of days to get the air out.

Try supplying a little air to the fuel tank while cranking. If not get it running on either so the engine will be running faster than starter will crank.

You may not have tightened your high pressure gear bolt tight enough. Did you check your idm?
