Haven't you ever seen "Lonesome Dove"? Enough for me to not swim in southwestern waters!

Ya, ya, ya. Momma said I can't long bed my truck either until the dump truck is done. Guess that's on the back burner too.

Dump truck moves...if I light it on fire and roll it down the hill into the pond.

But is there enough water in the pond to put it out?

So....my local buddy that runs a backhoe service has done a few transplants and basically knows trucks inside and out. He has agree to put this in his barn and work on it when it rains or he has down time between jobs. Even if it is 4 hours a week, it's more than I can devote to it right now. With any luck, maybe in a few months I can at least drive it around the land and use it. I might have to take the hood to my dad and let him do his fiberglass magic to stretch it....but maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe I can still beat RD done with a project!

I think it's called prioritizing. It's not giving up if the project is moving forward.

Let’s not be rational about this Jeff... you’re getting in the way of the hazing.
